Shipping Policy — Womenza Crafter

At Womenza Crafter, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time while ensuring that our products — handmade with care by women artisans — reach you in perfect condition.

1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom-made or pre-order items, processing may take up to 10–15 business days due to handmade production.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer delivery through reliable courier services within Pakistan.

Standard Delivery (Pakistan): 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery (Pakistan): 1–3 business days after dispatch (extra charges apply).

International Delivery: Available to select countries. Delivery times vary between 10–21 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges
Within Pakistan: Flat rate or free delivery for orders above 2500 PKR.

International: Charges calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

5. Packaging
We take special care in secure packaging to protect fragile items like blue pottery and delicate jewelry during transit.

6. Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Womenza Crafter is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier for a resolution.
